Needed to ship my sons car coast to coast on short notice. Contacted many transportation companies and AutoStar came back with the most decent price and reasonable conditions of transport. Demetri the agent that I dealt with was the POC for my vehicle the entire time from the estimate process to the time the car was picked up. Told him I was still shopping around with other transport company and said no problem. I'll call you back in a. week and we can talk again. A week later he called me back and asked if I had made a decision. I told him I'm going with AutoStar because of the estimate was lowest amongst the competitors. He said great. Sent me a contract and gave him a deposit and. we were good to go. The day before the truck called and told me when the car was going to be picked up; within a two hour window. And it was with no issue. 20 min to load and it was off. Fast forward 5 days the truck called and said they will be at the destination for deliver with a two hour window. Sure enough it was. We'll be using them again for my future shipping. Thanks AutoStar.
