I'm in the military and had to transport a second vehicle. I was on a strict timeline to leave Virginia and arrive in Colorado on certain dates and could not ship after a certain date and pick up before a specific date. After reviewing and discussing with 15+ transport companies (to include one I've shipped with two previous times), Mary and Auto Star Transport was the only transport company to guarantee a 4-day window for pickup and delivery after a specific date. Additionally, Mary and Brittney provided e-mail updates a periodic intervals to assure me that my vehicle was going to be picked up in the 4-day window.
