Phone conversation was prompt and quite efficient. The car was picked up in just a matter of a very few days. The person who sold me the car said the pickup driver was pleasant and polite and concerned to provide good service. The same driver dropped off the car to me four days later, after calling the afternoon before drop off to confirm the time and location. I gave the driver a $50 tip for taking extra special care of the car ... and being such a nice guy!
