Pick up was running late due to other vehicles not running, so can't really do much. The driver was always available by phone (cell) as well as Mark. I found all to be very willing to work with the drop off time as my son is in the military, times available was limited. The time to get from coast to coast was excellent. The delivery was done with no damage as expected. Liked the help with getting the car ready for transport.
