I was very satisfied wth the service that was provided by Autostar Transport and Logistics. I worked with James from the beginning, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. When I took my vehicle to the Matson port, they told me that my car would not arrive in Long Beach, CA until July 3, 2009. I was under the impression that my vehicle would arrive in San Antonio, TX by June 27, 2009. I called James about the discrepancy and he took care of everything! Not only did my vehicle arrive in TX on time, but it arrived a day early!
James was very patient and understanding, and he did everything he could to make shipping my car as stress-free as possible! I would definitely use Autostar Transport and Logistics again in the future! It was a great experience, and my car arrived in great condition!
