This review is not accurate at all. There were two separate transactions. One transaction was paid to us via credit card, for which we recorded. The 2nd transaction was made by the customer, directly to the carrier, whom transported the customer’s vehicle, and this transaction is NOT recorded by us. How could we? How can we record a cash transaction paid by the customer to a 3rd party? We sent the customer an invoice showing the amount paid to us, and explained multiple times to the customer this was the only transaction that we recorded, and thus the only transaction that will show on the invoice. Furthermore, the customer was given a copy of the bill of lading from the carrier, showing the amount paid to them. We did all we could, and provided all that we could provide to the customer.
