Customer service in Auto Star is very good. Intially I contacted Molly Louise Burm, Transport Coordinator at Auto Start and she is very helpful. I was thrilled after I got my vehicle. I got it in very good condition. Prompt response for emails and phone. Responsible and quick. just took one day to arrange a pickup after the shipment booking and my car was delivered in 5 days from CO to MA. Over all my experience with Auto Start is excellent. Thanks.
