From Valerie 888-802-8250 Ext 2252. Thank you Ronnie for your review! I am so sorry to hear the transportation didn’t go as you expected. Please understand that we always try to help our drivers, the same way we help our customers. And sometimes we present options that are not as the quote requested but as I said, its only an option. Drivers sometimes asks us if we have anything on a specific route and we present every option to our customers. Also, sometimes drivers can get delayed by other customers or because of traffic conditions, that is why we always explain our customers that we need at least a 2 day pick up window, just in case that happens. We appreciate your review and will work harder to avoid this type of situations and make our customers happy.
