Carlos was excellent agent and trustworthy. The driver was Jim great too. STAY AWAY FROM FIDELITY AUTOTRANSPORT. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND KEEP YOU WAITING UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE AND HIKE THEIR PRICE.
