Frank was an excellent/easy person to work with. His warmth and friendliness allowed me to trust him more than any of the other companies I contacted along with many reviews that I read. When the driver (who spoke little English) arrived for the pick up, detailed the paperwork for my Fiat, and left - I believed that I had chosen the BEST carrier for my car. Again, after arranging a mutual large area to deliver the Fiat in Virginia ... without much conversation ...we agreed that the trip went well and all was a positive outcome. Thank you Frank, the limited English-speaking driver of the transport, and AutoStar Transport Express for a pleasant business transaction!
