Despite the miscommunications on my part, Carlos and the team at Autostar were very accommodating and understanding. They were easy to work with and definitely cared for their customer. Would definitely use again! Carlos was on top of my order and readily answered the phone every time I had a question. Overall, AutoStar is reliable and trustworthy. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs to ship a car to/from Florida.
