I would like to share my honest feedback/review about AutoStar Transport Express - Miami, FL. I contacted Fred Jensenn, Transport Coordinator to move my car from Charlotte, NC to Cockeysville, MD. How, I can start about this guy. This guy is very polite patient , calm and composed in answering the customers questions and the way he gave assurance is awesome. He gave me a best quote in the market and they delivered my vehicle in time in same condition. Actually, I have loaded my personal stuff in car. So, I hesitated that these guys will charge me extra. But trust me they never charged even a single dollar extra. They took my car on 8/7 and delivered it on 8/8. I told him that I can collect only after office hours. The driver was waiting at my delivery spot and I collect my car. I would give 5 star rating to the customer support and services. I 100% recommend this auto star transport to everyone. Keep serving the customers in the same way. Salute to the Fred Jensenn and driver(not sure of his name). Thanks for all your service.
