Overall Satisfaction was very good. I don't typically ship a car, this was the first time. Essentially there are two parties, the first is the actual carrier company that picks up and drops off your car. The second is a broker who connects you with a carrier. The brokers are paid a fee for filling slots on truck carriers. There are many things that can go wrong with either the broker or the carrier. So finding a good broker who uses reliable carriers is the key. After reading all of the reviews and discounting the ones that appeared insincere, I settled on AutoStar, and found Marcelo very helpful. The final price was adjusted up to accommodate the carrier, but it was still a good price.
