We are sorry to hear you feel you did not have the best experience working with us. We provided you with a quote that we still feel confident would move your vehicle within the contracted dates, however, you had a very tight window to have your vehicle picked up, and it was our duty as your broker, to present you with all the offers we received from drivers. On 04/15/2016 we called you and presented you an offer for an expedited shipping, considering your own request to have your car picked up as quickly as possible. You decided, under no obligation, to accept this offer, and then your vehicle was picked up and delivered on time, as you pointed out. As mentioned before, we are confident we would have found a driver at the quoted priced within the contracted dates, if you had decided not to accept the offer presented to you on 04/15/2106.
