AVOID THIS COMPANY!! These guys are lairs and thief's. They told me that they will not charge my credit card until I get a driver lined up. They did not get me a driver lined up and they took my money. They will not get it back to me and they have lied lied lied all the way though this process. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

AutoStar Transport Express is a licensed and bonded transport broker hired to locate, screen and assign carriers for transport of vehicles. We have been in business for nearly 9 years and have successfully arranged transportation for hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We are 5 star rated, and currently # 8 ranked in the country by consumer satisfaction. We have obtained this status and ranking by doing things the honest, ethical and right way. PLEASE do not believe what you read from ONE unreasonable, hardheaded and impatient person. Customer placed his order on 03/25, with a first available release date of 04/07. Customer was told that we would not charge his card until we either get a signed contract, or assign a carrier. Customer read, signed and returned the contract on 03/25, and yes we charged his card, exactly as it was explained and agreed on by both parties. This conversation was recorded for training purposes, and was provided to the customer as a courtesy. Customer canceled his order on 03/28, a full 8 days PRIOR to the first available release date. We tried numerous times to explain to the customer that carriers do not make their scheduled that far in advance. Anyone who has ever shipped a car, or any other reputable broker will tell you the same. We also do not guarantee dates. Another fact that anyone in the business will tell you. Even after listening to the conversation, signing the contract, and speaking with our agents, customer still chose to cancel his order and breach the contract. Our contract is very clear, and we do offer a full money back guarantee if a carrier is not located within the contracted time frames. We do not pretend to be perfect, and not every order goes as planned, but if we are not even given a fair amount of time to complete the contract by an intolerant person who cancels 8 days before the first available date arrives, then sorry but your deposit is non-refundable. Customer wants you to believe that we lied and stole his money…..nothing could be further from the truth. We explained our policy very clearly verbally, and we sent a contract for him to read, which he did and signed it. We did exactly what the customer agreed to, both verbally and contractually. We are also 100% confident a carrier would have been located within the contracted time frame. We wish the customer well.
