We are very sorry that the customer was not satisfied with the overall process and the services that were delivered. Customer placed an order with first available release date of January 1st! It was explained from the very beginning that this would be during the very busy holiday season, and do not expect to get a carrier immediately. Customer seemed to understand this since they made arrangements with a relative to leave the vehicle with them so they could make their scheduled flight. AutoStar Transport Express was able to secure a carrier on January 2nd, with a pickup date scheduled for January 6th. Vehicle was picked up exactly on the date scheduled and was delivered in 8 days on a 7-10 day route from the northern most part of WA state to New Orleans. AutoStar Transport Express, delivered a 5 star service in locating a carrier during the very busy holiday season, and met all the customer’s demands, with phone calls and email notifications all along the way. Some people are hard to please. We wish the customer well.
