Driver not familiar with Tesla Model S

Car was delivered on time, but driver complained about having to transport my Tesla Model S. He says it was too wide and it made him uncomfortable to load the car. He got it on and off the trailer with no damage, but during load/unload the car kept going into park several times. He said it was because of sensors in the car that stop it automatically, which is something I've never experienced myself. Car also had dirty water drip all over the side of my car from car above.
