Ben went out of his way to call and keep me informed every step of the way. I booked way early and when I had questions he was not yet able to answer he made the calls on time, got the info I needed and called me back as promised. There was over a week lapse and he did not forget, I was so impressed. A+ for customer service to Ben Acevido and Autostar. Would use them again in a heartbeat.
