I have never shipped a car before so I had no idea how thing worked. AutoStar Transport was the first to contact me after I listed my two automobiles.

I was an unusual situation in that both my cars and I were heading to FL. Had I not been traveling too the process would, I'm sure, have been more straight forward and less stressful

Barry spent a fair amount of time explaining how brokers and drivers worked together. He gave me a fair quote of $1300 on the cost of shipping my cars. HOWEVER since he was the first, I wanted to see what other brokers had to say and offered, so I did not engage his company straight way. Some were a bit lower a few were a bit higher priced but MOST were quoting the same numbers.

After consideration I called back Barry and AutoStar Transport back to engage them to ship my cars. and purchased an Airline ticket in order to be in FL for their delivery.

Things moved slowly until just a few days before the cars HAD TO LEAVE Kenosha. But a carrier was found, things moved along well (the carrier didn't call me for many hours after agreeing to the contract. After waiting half the day and being unsure, I finally reached out to them by phone. The cars were picked up a day early and were in FL the same evening as when I arrived two days later.

Due to it being after dark, and getting late, delivery was scheduled for the afternoon of the third day, and went without any trouble. The cars came through just fine.

I was very happy with choosing AutoStar Transport as my broker and, if ever I need to ship another car, I know who I'll choose.
