My experience was good. I was skeptical, because I had bad experience with brokers before.

The main problem is that as a customer signing up with them, you are locked in for 10 days not knowing if they will actually find someone on Central Dispatch (which all brokers use) for the price they quoted you. If not, you can start over again.
It seems that this is the nature of the game though and there is no way around it - given this AutoStar was good. I appreciated their responsiveness and in the end they got the job done for a competitive price.
