As we spoke on the phone earlier, and I told you that you did not have ANY prior conversations with any of our representatives prior to placing your order voluntarily online, please see below. I have done a search on our system for your phone number starting on the 8th of August which is the day we received your quote request. As you can see there were ZERO calls to you either inbound or outbound prior to the 11th of August. You can also see below the time stamp concerning your order. We received your quote request on 08/08 at 3:17pm, it was priced and sent back to you same day at 4:21pm. You then placed your order online 08/10 at 7:13pm, which is after hours for our agents. The first and ONLY call made to you was then on 08/11 the very next day to verify the order.
As I mentioned, I listened to the call you had with our agent George on 08/11, and you were clear that you were already working with other brokers, and that you wanted it picked up the next day before 1:00pm. You even mentioned that you thought we already had a carrier, and George corrected you by telling you this is the first conversation you have had with him, and that we just got the order last night, and you even said….”sorry….I must have you confused with someone else”! This is exactly what I thought had happened, and is quite common when customers speak to so many different brokers in a short time span, that it is easy to get confused on who said what.
The very next morning on the 12th, as George said he would, he found you a carrier and was calling to inform you of this when you informed him that you already had it setup with someone else, and it was all done!
Everything you wrote in the review is NOT true! We did not take two days to give you a quote, and we most certainly NEVER, EVER told you we had a carrier prior to you placing your order online. This is NOT a matter of opinion, but a matter of fact!
I can assure you we are NOT a dishonest company. I have been working here for 7 out of the 8 years we have been in business, and have seen this company grow from nothing to the #8 consumer ranked company out of over 3000 other brokers. We get the right results by doing things the right way. You placed an order, agreed to terms and conditions, voluntarily paid your deposit. We found you a carrier within 48 hours of placing your order, and you canceled on us. By our policy that you agreed to, you are not entitled to a refund, and as an intelligent person that you seem to be, you should have known this before placing another order with another broker! It is in the terms and conditions.
Who is the one being dishonest? Us for doing our job and for merely upholding our company policies, or you for blatantly lying to try and get your money back?
