I shipped my car from South Ozone Park, NY to Union City, CA, this was my first time shipping a car, so I was making sure the company I would choose had good reviews and an affordable price. AutoStar Transport had both, moreover the service was excellent! I wanted my car to be shipped on Aug 31st and it was picked up on that day, as they guaranteed it over the phone. Whenever I had a question I would just call Carlos and ask him where my vehicle was, and he would track it for me, he was very reliable, competent, helpful and nice. I liked the overall experience, and there was no hidden fees or additional charges for whatever reasons. My car arrived in good condition, there was just a stain on the passenger seat, but the rest was the same. I put some of my stuff in the car and it arrived intact, nothing was missing or moved from its original place. I would definitely recommend this company to people around me.
