We are very sorry that the customer had a slight delay in the transportation of his five over-sized vans. AutoStar Transport Express did all we could to arrange the transportation of five oversize vans in a short period of time, and did arrange to get these assigned to a carrier on the very first release date. Because of the size of the vans, carrier could not fit all five in one load, and therefore had to make two trips. Carrier did have a slight delay and the vans were picked up a couple of days later than scheduled and delivered the very next day. We sincerely apologize, it did not go smoother or quicker, and wish there had not been unforeseen delays. We wish the customer well, and would be happy to provide a better transport experience on his next move.
