Excellent Service with AutoStar Transport Express!

This is the second time we have shipped a car coast-to-coast but the first time with AutoStar Transport. Overall, this was a pretty easy transfer. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and the $995 price, though not the cheapest, was still competitive. We allowed enough time before shipping to ensure that the car would arrive when we needed it to. The only thing that I would have to say bothered me is that, although we were told it would be door-to-door service, the car was delivered to a parking lot about 10 miles away. Since we live on a cul-de-sac I knew the truck could not get to us but I gave several options that were very close by but the truck driver declined to use (when I picked up the car there was also someone else waiting for a car as well which could explain the choice for the delivery location). However, the driver (from Philliy Express) kept us updated on the pick up, which was one day early, and delivery, four days later, and when I met him to get the car he was very freindly and polite. I was very impressed with the transfer time since the company had quoted me seven to 10 days! The car came through with no damage and as far as I can tell was handled well. If I do need to ship a car in the future I would not hesitate to contact AutoStar Transport again for assistance.
