One of the reasons we at Autostar Transport Express always have a customer sign a contract and pay a deposit is that it creates a binding legal commitment that insures a carrier could never raise the price once a vehicle is loaded on a truck. In addition to this we always investigate all carriers prior to dispatching a vehicle to them, and we would never enter into a contract with a company that operated in such an unprofessional manner.
