We are sorry you feel unsatisfied with the overall service provided. We did our very best to find a carrier for your transport, the same way we do with all of our customers. Even though we knew you had tight schedule to have your vehicle delivered no later than Friday July 17th, we never promised a specific delivery date as we know that sometimes finding a carrier, depending on the route, can be a challenging task. This was explained since the beginning and you were well aware of this situation. Once you decided to cancel the order with us, we honored our contract by refunding you the full deposit amount. We wish you all the best in the future!
