Jim,
Thank you for taking the time to post a review, however I feel you have left out some significant details of what transpired. First, the contracted price you were given and as I explained to you, was for the standard pickup within 10 days. One day before your 1st available release date I had a carrier for you that you refused, as it was a day earlier than you wanted to release. I explained to you again at that time that your 2 day window would require an expedited fee, of which we actually saved you $150 off that normal fee. To further complicate matters, your vehicles were double brokered with another company, which then led to carriers not wanting to accept your load as they feared the vehicles would not be there when they arrived due to the possibility of another company having sourced a carrier. Though I was out of the office on your first available release date, I am happy to hear that Marie was able to dispatch your vehicles despite these obstacles. We wish you all the best in the future!
