well, after doing an immense amount of research and hearing the various horror stories about the woes of the auto shipping industry, i was reluctant to ship my 2007 infiniti g 35, however, autostar transport put to rest all my fears. Mike Cannon was extremely knowledgeable and helpful he reassured me that Autostar's main goal was to get my vehicle shipped, and provide the best experience possible for a process that can be highly stressful... the price was not the cheapest or the most expensive, but I was convinced that it would get my vehicle moved, and you know what, it did! Autostar found me a carrier within three days of signing my contract with them which was fabulous seeing as I did not want to be without a vehicle. Pam in customer service was also extremely helpful and kind during the entire process and readily informed me of all updates on my carrier. Also, the driver who transported my car was extremely polite and timely If i ever have to ship my pride and joy again I will not hesitate to call autostar again. I cannot say enough about the integrity and helpfulness of Autostar. Top notch company, thanks so much guys!!!! -A truly appreciative and satisfied customer...
