OUR EXPERIENCE WITH AUTO STAR WAS EXCELLENT.... CARLOS IS A TRUE PROFESSIONAL , WHO POSSESSES GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND PROVIDED UPDATES BY EMAIL AND PHONE. THE UPDATES WERE CONSISTANT AND ON TIME THROUGH OUT THE 7 DAY SHIPPING PROCESS. I WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT THE DRIVER (RAUL) WAS EXCELLENT, AND THE DRIVER'S ARE THE ONES THAT MAKE IT HAPPEN! THEY ARE THE ONE'S CROSSING COUNTRY THROUGH ALL THE ELEMENTS!!! THANKS AGAIN!
