Called and spoke with Christian, the sales rep, and felt comfortable working with him, as he described the total cost and method of car pickup and delivery. Total transport time was 5 days. Picked the car up from my former complex as I had given the keys to management office, since my flight was a day earlier. Received a call from driver as he was getting ready to pick up the car and received a call, as they were getting ready to deliver the car. I was called twice during the travel to let me know where he is and the estimated time of arrival. I felt, I was in the loop at all times.

The company (Autostar) is a broker, and they deal with professional drivers and are insured, so the confidence in getting a good service is high. Would use and recommend them in the future.
