I received quotes from multiple transport brokers with a fairly wide range of pricing. AutoStar was mid-range and capable of picking my auto up on short notice and delivering to my destination in a very tight time frame. The contract driver contacted me almost immediately and kept the appointment to load my auto. The transporter was courteous, explained what his process was and set expectations for completing the delivery. The driver was able to arrive on time for delivery even though I failed to arrive on time. AutoStar and the transporter were willing to work with me and allow final payment by credit card and delivery was made to a 3rd party at the destination. When I arrived I found my auto in perfect condition, properly secured and protected. All around customer service was excellent, service was excellnt, and I plan to use AutoStar again.
