This was my very first transport and I wasn't sure what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised.

My first contact to Autostar was on a Thursday afternoon for a 1,400 mile transport from TX to KY. Within 2-3 hours, I had a call back with a potential 2-truck transport (due to the fact that the pickup location was somewhat remote and removed from the 'standard' routes). However, Sofia continued to work for me and look for a better option. By 7pm that evening, I received a follow-up call that indicated a 1-truck transport had been arranged and with a pick up (get this!) the very next day! The scheduled delivery date was the following Tuesday (4 days). The seller contacted me once the car had been picked up and indicated that the driver was on time and "knew what he was doing". I then received a call from the driver on Sunday evening indicating that he would be arriving in KY on Monday afternoon - an entire day early! When he arrived (at the time he had indicated in his call the night before), he was very courteous and professional. He unloaded my car with the same level of care that I would have used. He was not rushed - even though he had two more trucks to take on to Detroit.

As I said, this was my first auto transport and I was anxious and did not know what to expect. Autostar definitely went above and beyond my expectations. I do not anticipate needing another transport anytime soon. But, when I do have a need, I will definitely call Autostar again.
