I scheduled with Auto Star Transport to have my elderly mother's vehicle transported from Queens, NY to Miami Beach, FL since I moved her here to FL for medical reasons. Auto Star called me with a Transportation company that would be picking up the car and also emailed me their info. The next day or so they called back saying that company couldn't do the transport and re assigned another company and emailed me the updated new company. The driver of this second transportation company called me one day in advance saying he would be picking up the car one day early and what time he would be there. The day of pick up he was right on time and loaded the car for the journey to its new home in FL. The driver picked up my car on Saturday, Sept 27th, 2014 at approx 5:30pm and told me he would have it in Miami Beach that following Weds, Oct. 1st. Well the driver called me on Oct 29th and informed me he would be in Miami Beach earlier as he was ahead of schedule and would arrive Sept 30th instead. He once again was promptly at my door at the said time as he stated to me over the phone.
Overall I was extremely happy with all the services that Auto Star provided. They followed up with the transport with me the entire time.. before during and after the move. I would definitely recommend Auto Star to anyone looking to have their car moved professionally and the right way. Thank You Auto Star ! It was a Pleasure !
