We had never used a transport service before, and the whole idea was kind-of frightening. I was frustrated to learn that they couldn't specifically guarantee pickup or dropoff dates, but when I searched around, it turned out that was the norm.
The only thing that was frustrating in the actual transport, was that I was only warned about an hour before the car was dropped off. Since I don't live where it was to be delivered and had to pack up, get the payment and drive there, that was annoying. I was told by Autostar that I would be given 3-12 hr notice, but I guess they actually don't have any control over what the carrier does.
