We are very sorry that a suitable carrier was not located within the contracted times frames. Booking an order one month in advance can present the potential problem that prices will go up due to various reasons such as time of year, or a sudden influx of vehicles becoming available for carriers and thus driving the price up. Customer did sign a contract with us that clearly stipulate we do not guarantee pickup dates, and all dates are estimated. We did everything we could from day one to try and secure a carrier, but unfortunately this was just one of the less than 2 percent of all our orders that we were not able to meet the contracted time frame. We were in constant communication with customer and even at one point we spoke with customer 7 days consecutive. Again, our apologies that a carrier was not located, and we have issued the customer a full refund for the deposit paid.
