I and my vehicle were in an accident in Oklahoma on the way home from Kansas City. I needed my vehicle back ASAP. Kirsten at AutoStar arranged the pickup for the same day of the accident and it was back in Houston within 2 days! I also wanted to let you know my vehicle arrived in Houston to the body shop earlier than I expected considering the distance and weather. All involved on this end were very impressed with the efficiency, communication and expediency of the delivery. My contact at the body shop said the driver, Ronald S.Littrell, was very good about keeping them informed of his estimated arrival. He also indicated the cost was very reasonable. All in all, great job. Thanks to my wife, who is in the freight forwarding business, for her research in arranging the transport with AutoStar and, inturn, Kirstenwho arrnged the pickup and transport with Circle 13 Transport as well as to the driver for delivering, literally, with such splendid service. Thanks again! Please feel free to pass along my comments to the driver Mr. Littrell.
