We are very sorry to hear of your bad experience with the carrier, and we do plan to speak to the carrier about this transport, however this is the first we have heard of this. Customers claims that he has tried to contact us are completely untrue. We have searched all emails and phone calls and have found nothing from this customer since the vehicle was dispatched. Customer placed his order on 04/02, with a first available of 04/04. We found a carrier the very first day the order was placed and vehicle was picked up exactly on the first available date and delivered from GA to NJ in three days, which is the exact normal transport time for that route. I dont think the customer would have found better service than that from anyone. If the customer would like to leave a review for the carrier, please do so, but do not believe this customer that the service provided by AutoStar Transport and Logistics was anything but 5 star.
