MUST READ:
First of all, we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the delay of the breakdown of the 1st truck assigned to Mr. Trythall. We were not notified until Monday morning, the 3rd day of his pickup window, of the incident with the truck, and immediately began working on locating an alternate carrier. One of the problems we encountered trying to get his Nissan Frontier loaded was the fact that the vehicle turned out to be a crew cab, not a regular cab, as he indicated in 3 previous conversations. Crew cabs are much longer and heavier than regular cabs, and are significantly more expensive to transport. It is very common for people to withhold this type of information in the hopes of getting an oversize vehicle transported for less than the cost.
Furthermore, the very first stipulation in the terms and conditions of the contract that he signed clearly indicates that there is no guarantee of pickup and delivery dates. No one here ever guaranteed Mr. Trythall of any such thing, and it is unfortunate that he now feels the need to malign our name after we have been working diligently to find him another carrier. We have even gone as far as offering the carrier our entire commission in the hopes of helping My. Trythall to get his vehicle moved, and I have personally been in contact with him three times a day for the past three days apprising him of the situation. I do not know of any other company that would move a vehicle for free as we have offered to do for him, and to be called such names after we have been nothing but upfront and honest with him is much more than regretful. We wish him the best of luck in transporting his truck.
Best regards,
Mike Cannon
