The price quoted was the amount I actually paid.

The agent worked diligently to find a transport in my price range and offered a number of alternatives at different prices or where the pickup was nearby but not exactly at the original location.

Both the agent and the driver kept me informed of the timing of pick-up and delivery.

There was no damage to my vehicle, the driver photographed the vehicle prior to accepting it for transport and shared all photographs of the vehicles condition with me.
