Great service, one small grumble

Overall, I'm very pleased with my car delivery with Autostar, particularly with the service from Lewis Copeland. Lewis was very helpful in explaining my options to me (open carrier v. closed, etc.) and had great communication. When he was unavailable, someone else (Max, I believe) filled in and answered my remaining questions. The only problem I had was that when my car arrived, it smelled of oil and there were dark oil stains covering a good part of my driver's side seat and armrest—nothing a scrub down couldn't fix, and this is really the fault of the carrier and not Autostar anyway.
