The normal transit time for this route is 3-5 days and it was delivered in 5. We had this scheduled for pickup on customer's first available release date, but customer delayed that pickup until the next day, and thankfully the carrier was willing to delay his route by one day to accomodate the customer. Carrier did his best to deliver on the original scheduled date, but was just not possible.
