The company kept in constant contact and we were also in direct contact with the actual driver of our car. This made for a smooth pick up and delivery. Only issue was I asked for a possible change of location for delivery and I was given a quote for this by my point of contact, but when I spoke to the driver about this he said it was not possible as he already had his route and days set up. Over all a good experience, also like that we were given a military discount as we were under orders to pcs.
