Thank you for letting us know how your transport experience went, and we appreciate letting us know where we can better ourselves.
The transportation went very smoothly, as a carrier was located the following day after booking in with us and everything was going according to plan so we felt there was no real need to keep letting you know what state your car was in at the time.
We try to keep contact for when its only needed to avoid flooding you with unwanted calls at busy times of your day, but we understand each customers needs are different and we should keep trying to perfect the tailoring.
