Max is great to deal with

I have used Auto Star several times for our dealership customers and our own vehicles. At first i was given different people to deal with and they seemed to lack focus and understanding of what I needed (Mona Ghosh and another young guy i forgot his name). Than I was put in contact with Max and he has been a pleasure to deal with. My customers have been very very happy as well with the exception of one person that was really unfair to auto star, however the customer states that auto star should be aware of all types of auctions available to dealer to dealer sales (such as OVE.com and Adesaliveblock are sites dealers use to sell inventory to dealers at a wholesale price). Both auto star and customer have a point. As far as our dealership is concerned, we understand that auto star is just a broker and a middle man and they have the hard task of dealing with truck drivers (not that they are bad people) just harder to deal with and need to have someone who is patient to orchestrate a transport like Max. In our region weather is a major factor and the truck drivers are also given a hard task of making sure the customer is satisfied. Long story short if people are not happy with Auto star than they should try Uship because it is than that they will really appreciate auto star (even Mona Ghosh)....
