Pick Up and Delivery of our GMC Acacia

The scheduled pick-up at our home in Henderson was suppose to be morning but turned out to be early afternoon. This would have been okay if someone would have just called by cell phone and
let us know. We are not retired and work on scheduled appointments. We called several times that morning, leave message. When our representative from your company replied, they indicated the
car would be picked up in a hour to hour and a half. It was much later than that. All we wanted was a call saying the driver was running quite late. When the vehicle was to be delivered to our
daughter's home in Illiois, the driver called to say he would be there Saturday evening. She and her
husband were committed to attend a wedding that evening, so they had to make special arrangements with someone else to wait at their home for the car to be dropped off. Again, no
phone call and no delivery as had been promised that evening. On the next day, Sunday, our daughter called to inquire about the whereabouts of the car inasmuch as she and her husband have busy schedules. No return phone call or no car delivery that day, Sunday. The car was delivered the
following day, Monday. Again, we are very easy to reach on our cell phones. All we would have liked to have known is there was going to be a delay and approximately how long it would be.

Other than the above comments, the car was delivered in good condition, which was really important. We understand their can be delays due to bad weather and road conditions. We found
the driver to be well qualified, pleasant and courteous.
