Kerron Van Der Merwe is a joke and will tell you one thing and do another. He will blame the transporters. I had been working with Auto Star for several years with Mark and had no issues. As soon as Mark left Kerron replaced him and prices increase. I had no problem with that but Kerron knew of our office hours and had a transporter show up on a sunday which in MN we need to be closed by law. him and his manager over charged me $1000 to get the vehicle back from the transporter who dropped it off at a local impound lot that had a high storage fee's. Long story short our relationship ended on that note since Kerron would not admit to his mistake of having the driver drop off on sunday.
This not a bad company and we still have vehicles that are sold through ebay get picked up by customers who use auto star but if you run into a problem like mine you will not have there support.
Sincerely
Richard at Ride Auto sales

We appreciate the feedback from our customers with regards to the service that has been provided, especially appreciate our returning customers. Mr. Richard Shakibi has been a returning customer of ours since early 2013, and we have successfully arranged transport for 14 orders for him or his company, and provided an excellent 5 star service. We are grateful for the business Mr. Shakibi has given to us, and feel that a 5 star service has been rendered in all orders. This particular order that Mr. Shakibi is referring to, had complications due to the fact that the vehicle was presented to us as an operational vehicle, when actually it was an inoperable vehicle, and some misunderstanding on delivery date. Never in any of the previous 14 orders was it mentioned that delivery could not be done on a Sunday, and therefore this was the first time this issue had come up. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused Mr. Shakibi, but we had no previous knowledge that vehicles could not be delivered on Sunday. Mr. Shakibis order was originally priced at $700, and with additional fees including INOP fees, storage fees, and bank fees for changing order to full pay, the total came to an additional $650, but we negotiated with the carrier for an increase of only $400. We do try to avoid additional fees whenever and wherever possible, but full disclosure on condition of vehicles, and relevant information needs to be provided by the customer at time of booking. We have many returning customers here at AutoStar Transport and Logistics, and would like to keep Mr Shakibi and his company as a returning customer, and would like another chance to show we can continue to provide a stellar 5 star service.
