Mario did his best to support me when I was in need of my car very badly.

Originally I was told that my car would be picked up a week later than the first available due to the weather condition was too bad. I asked Mario to arrange the time ASAP due to I need my car after relocating to CA.

Mario is thoughtful, he understood my situation and put my case in his topmost priority for few days then finally found a truck who was willing to pick up my car in such a bad weather condition.

The truck driver is also a nice guy, I changed the delivering address the day before his arrival and he is still patient and polite.
