Jeff, O do we remember you! Thank you so much for your 5 Star Review! There are always a lot of logistics in this industry which need to be sorted between multiple parties. We had found our first carrier to transport your vehicle with spectacular timings revolving around your schedule, sadly they had to cancel on us last minute because of mechanical issues. After a day of continued calls we found a second carrier to transport your vehicle, AND AGAIN, they ended up cancelling because the vehicle in which they had to load prior to yours was longer than they had been told and had to rearrange. These types of things do happen in this type of industry and what separates the good companies from the bad is making the time, being communicative and doing everything we can to rectify the situation. In the end, you were also flexible and we found a third carrier to transport your vehicle who in the end did a very good job with the transport.
