We were extremely hesitant to ship a car- neither of us had ever done it before and we were worried when our only option was to blindly search online. Rodrigo was one of the first to reply to my bid request and was the only one to recommend researching this site for customer reviews- - which I found very helpful.
We got our quote for an open carrier and they est 7-10 days to deliver. the driver they found honored the open carrier rate and hauled it in an enclosed carrier. Then, even though he was a day late picking it up, he delivered it a day early! The driver was also accommodating as far as the location of both the pick up and delivery.
All in all, this was a great experience and we found it very easy to communicate with both AutoStar and the driver. I would highly recommend!
