Overall I had a great experience with Auto Star Transport. They were always upfront and honest with me about a round about pick up date. The price never fluctuated. That told me at the time my vehicle had arrived they had honest relationships with the carriers they did business with. The driver was a day late but he had contacted my father and let him know. He was a day late with delivery but always remained honest and strived to work something out with all parties involved. Nothing in this world is perfect. What spoke volumes to me is the promptness from both Auto Star and the carrier who shipped my car. Overall I reccomend these people to anyone interested in vehicle shipment!

After being in the industry for over 6 years we have great relationships with many of the carriers in which we work with regularly. It is very important to us that in these instances when the carrier does become delayed, because of uncontrollable events, that they are communicative with our customers and all parties involved like you have mentioned.
